1 ART DIRECTOR

As an Art Director, we’re looking for someone who can seamlessly balance strategy with creativity, guiding concepts from inception to execution. Strong leadership, impeccable design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines are key qualities we seek. Here are some of the specific qualities and requirements that are essential for this role:

MANDATORY:
• Exceptional typography skills.
• Proficiency in color theory.
• Mastery of print, web, video, and social platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively work on projects and provide leadership to design teams to achieve award-winning creative.
• Collaborate closely with executive team to schedule and oversee all projects, offering detailed guidance to design teams.
• Work with designers/copywriters to develop creative concepts and execute assigned projects.
• Contribute to the education and development of designers.
• Provide technical/visual recommendations and address any issues for clients.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs and attend client meetings.
• Contribute to client presentations.
• Take ownership of your work and the design teams you lead.

MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years of design experience in a studio or design agency setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ALL software applications, with proficiency in AdobeCC and Google platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver marketable solutions throughout the conception, development, and production process.

2 SENIOR DESIGNER

As a Senior Designer, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of creative concepts and see them through to execution, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and design excellence. The role requires a self-starter who can provide direction when needed, collaborate across teams, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Here are the key qualities and requirements we value for this position:

MANDATORY:
• Exceptional typography and layout skills.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in design.
• Expertise across print, digital, and social platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new mediums.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with the brand vision.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Creative Directors to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
• Stay proactive in problem-solving and managing your own time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Research and explore new creative directions to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and market-relevant.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and occasionally to clients.
• Assist in the creation of creative briefs and provide technical and visual recommendations during project execution.

MUST HAVE:
• 3–5 years of design experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
• Proven ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., Figma, Google platforms).
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into effective designs.
• A collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.

3 SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will possess top-notch writing skills; a solid understanding of social media; a love of new and existing platforms; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Strategic: You understand that social media isn’t a gimmick, but that it’s a versatile and powerful tool that unlocks new ways of solving business problems.

Versatile: You can craft high-level, strategic recommendations and manage and execute at the most granular level.

Passionate: You have a sincere passion for marketing and social media and want to join our amazing creative team to do great, challenging work.

A Visual Connoisseur: You know what makes an image viral and have a keen eye for anything/everything cool and creative.
